A few of the many collages that we did in two dimensional design. My favorite ones are turned in, but once I get them back i will load them

  1. i really like the way you are solving your 3d problems. Did you know the triple spiral is an ancient Irish motif, older than the pyramids?
I can imagine your collages in a super modern interior with lots of chrome and black leather furniture. Great design sense. Your matchstick idea is inspired. I like how you are using discarded/recycled material paper, matches, cups etc to create your ideas. Could you include the objective the instructor gave you with the picture? It would be very interesting to see the problem and how you solved it. Like "Using a grid, explore different textures found in the environment." I'm just guessing here. Great to see you doing such interesting work.

  2. Emily, these are super! I love orange one with the pillars the blue showing through. Great contrast. Ah! I miss you so much! Did I tell you I'm an interdisciplinary sculpture major? Check out my blog for my new found art.
